Distancing and hygiene protection measures

• Our staff is trained and followed to strictly to respect prevention measures
• Alcohol based gel is available at reception, in the kitchen and service areas
• Queuing at reception is in adherence with physical distancing
• We have introduced increased cleaning and training for our our staff and individual protection equipment for our maintenance staff
• We carry out meticulous cleaning and disinfection of rooms and common areas including regular disinfection of of all points of client contact (door handles, bannister rails, light switches and credit card payment machines)
• We apply even more rigorous cleaning and disinfection of laundry (bedsheets and towels) than usual
• Rooms are totally disinfected on departure of each guest

Food Hygiene

• Our kitchen staff wear masks and disposable gloves, all changed regularly
• We have rigorous food safety procedures
• Breakfast is prepared by staff with appropriate PPE, social distancing is respected and the tables are set well apart

Transport hygiene

• Transfer from the airport is carried out in total safety with disinfected vehicles and trained drivers. The same measures are applied for excursions organised for you by the Riad
